Nothing beats a real beef burger over real charcoal.

Yes, I have acid reflux, been on medication for at least 25 years. My problem with A&W is I ate too much of it. On the prairies, A&W is most accessible by truck.

Hard to find real beef on real coals.

Give Carl's Jrs a try. They have a good char grill flavour going for fast food burger.
