They did that down here. And if they got outed, they got fired. They couldn't get security clearances. Couldn't join up. Cops raided their clubs and terrorized them regularly. Texas and many other states imprisoned them. "Good citizens" attacked them, beat them, arsonized their dwellings, and murdered them.

In Texas in 1988, two good, clean, Gawd-fearin' Texans picked up two, took 'em for a ride, and murdered them. The judge gave them the minimum sentence because, and I quote, "it wasn't as if they had killed a mother of kids."

Maybe yours are just copycats and none of that ever happened in Canada, but down here they have reasons.

I think we have our share of horrible stories about GLBTQIA people in Canada and their experiences, but we don't hear it as often because the US *is* worse and they're a better story to 'hold up' as an example of the level of horrible it can reach.

You could probably pick the minority of your choice, and the story would apply.

Well, I've seen simulated humping in public by straights so...

But nothing stops them from the flag or parade really, except protests against it. And if they don't do it due to protests well...

Um... you don't get out much then, do you?

Wow, you really take things to the extreme a lot, don't you?

But sure, it is; hetero families being able to be out in public and not be harassed and such while other families of GLBTQIA get issues... sure seems like it's "greater" to be hetero to me.

If they want those flags up, they should apply to do so, just like GLBTQIA do. Until then... you're bitching about nothing.

Well then, if you don't want your taxes going to Pride, then do something to stop it. And I'll do what I can to stop my taxes going to shit Hetero's care about. Maybe the idea will spread, and no one will have to pay taxes!

Until then... get over it; everyone pays taxes for things they don't like.

Sure, just like they give money to other things I may or may not agree with.

LOL - and yet here you are, still not giving a shit and just being a total grumpy old assed man about it. Please, you're not being 'forced' to do anything. You're just getting flack for consequences and you don't like that.

Aww... cry more?

I'd rather see the money given to issues like clean water and such, than Pride.

But I don't get to make those decisions outside the voting booth.

I swear, Jin, you just post to bitch and complain but don't even mean any of it, you're just being a grumpy old man who needs, well...

Gee, the last "white" parade I went to, no one was basically naked, no one was making "sexual" movements involving children, or wiggling their asses in people's faces thinking ir was a sexy move. So ya, there is a difference. I don't think it's appropriate for young kids to be sexualized because it's simply wrong.

Tell us again, Jin, why you think if anyone of the GLBTQIA+ would just "stop shoving it in your face", they'd be left alone?

Tell us again why it's only "About the children!"

THIS is why there's PRIDE, and why it's kept being an issue in the public so much - because people like DeSatan would rather take ALL rights away from GLBTQIA+ people, than see them exist at all. And there are too many others like him in power. And too few of us to just sit back and "be quiet" about it.

So until people like you decide that in order to shut us up you need to get people like this to stop this BS, and we need to have the chance to live our fucking lives and be happy without dealing with this kind of bullshit, guess you're just going to have to either just deal with it or hibernate in your house for the rest of your life.

Don't be silly! Just calm down and stop getting all emotional! You're getting hysterical.

Normal people don't want to tell perverts what they can and can't do. And the government has no business telling parents how to raise their kids.*

*Certain restrictions apply. See contest rules for full details Not valid in red states or prairie provinces.

Are they? Are you going to partake in any Pride events and actually talk to real humans or just wallow in your online echo chamber of doom and gloom?

No GAT or GAS until age of majority. It would quiet things down substantially.

Now go on, go parade and enjoy yourself.

I’m getting ready for work so my time is limited, but this looks interesting & debatable.

Thats whats what you get when you demand open borders. A steady flow of people of dont agree with the soup or abortion.

Progressives go one step forward and take two steps back by being naive.

PARENTS' RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS!

ya fucktards
We've lost our humanity & are causing great pain, distrust & confusion among our youth. This is being done on purpose.

It's shameful that adults are using our kids in this way. Puberty is the answer not blockers!! After puberty, most kids are fine & do well. The odd one who doesn't can wait until adulthood to do whatever it is they want to do with their bodies & accept the consequences of their choices.

Hmm. . . should it worry me that I agree with Dix?

Always said the difference between pre-pubescent boys and girls was pretty much academic. If they wanna dress or act like another gender, fine. Messing with their biochem is not a good idea. Without a better argument than what I've heard, I'd forbid it.

And no, I don't believe in parents' rights above all. The state has a legitimate interest in the health and safety of children that can override clearly dangerous beliefs or conduct by parents.

But the State should be involved ONLY IF the child is endangered by their parents or anyone for that matter. That's a no-brainer! This is why I'm flummoxed as to why they aren't getting involved with child mutilation's because it's certainly not in the best interests of the child which is why parents need to step up to the plate. Seems our governments are in agreement with unscientific B.S. that boys can be girls & vice versa. XX & XY's are not readily changeable - at least not yet.

Agreed. Which does NOT mean I'll agree with you on whether a given event or practice "endangers" a child.

But when the event or practice is a major change to the kid's biochem and/or anatomy absent a clear danger to the kid, the state has an interest that overrides that of the parents or the kid.
