We've enabled avatar uploading so you don't *have to* link to an offsite url. Instead, just upload it to our server! It may be a maximum size of 160x160.
Side note: There is a little bug if you have an avatar already selected from the gallery. Simply click "DELETE" and then proceed to upload your custom avatar.
