Some articles say all 4 bridges to New York from Canada are closed.
Or just a dumb-ass Yank or a dumb-ass Canuck.

"Two people familiar with the investigation said there was no immediate evidence of any nexus to terrorism, but officials continue to investigate and their understanding could change."

And of course the PM wanna be PP called it Terrorism from the get go. Fucking moron. Proving he is not good for a PM by instantly claiming shit like that which would send people into a freak out/panic.

Trudeau's a goddamn idiot, but PP is worse.

Phew!! 9/11 was an accident until the second plane hit. Glad this was isolated, but multiple crossings and the Buffalo Niagara Airport where closed proactively not because of the suspicion that this was an accident or a single event.
Weirdly, both Google & YouTube are failing me to find the Comments attributed to Pierre Poilievre calling this Terrorism from the get go. Just not finding it? This is what I could find:

Both Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh expressed early concerns about Canadians' safety and those impacted, while calling for Canada to provide resources to assist with the investigation and keep Canadians apprised.

While Canadian government officials had been operating under the assumption that Wednesday's vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls was terror-related, according to national security sources, U.S. officials are now saying there is "no indication of a terrorist attack" at this time.

Both Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh expressed early concerns about Canadians' safety and those impacted, while calling for Canada to provide resources to assist with the investigation and keep Canadians apprised.

Something (a few sentences) from Jagmeet:

Same site as Jagmeet, something from PP today:

Same site again, Blanchet says something about the Rainbow Bridge:

The Bentley sedan was going up to 100 mph when it rammed into a median near the checkpoint area on the American side of the Rainbow Bridge at around 11:15 a.m. — flying several feet into the air and bursting into a fireball before landing in dozens of pieces, according to federal law enforcement sources.

One of the first alerts on my phone about the incident (before any facts of the explosion were released) was that the "Government of Canada" (not PP as far as I know he is still opposition leader) was operating under the assumption that this was terror related.

Trudeau will be remembered as the most disastrous Prime Minister Canada has ever had. This is the result of a socialist wet dream. Regular Canadians acting like welfare recipients, while Trudeau used the pandemic to buy votes and build a bureaucracy of epic corruption. We need to dump the bureaucratic vampire this trust fund baby has created, but first, we need to get rid of Justin Trudeau and his Doomsday Cult. Eight years of this chicken little government draining our wallets. He's impoverished a nation with his Carbon Tax that does nothing but go into a 10 Billion Dollar slush fund that feeds Liberal friendly and owned companies. You can take the crooked politicians out of Quebec, but you can't take the crooked out of them, and Liberals have a long history of crooked behavior. Pierre Pollievre is exactly what this country needs. Sooner the better.

There is NO ONE in any party leadership right now that is what this country needs.

On most of everything else you said, you're varying levels of true.

Sounds like a knee jerk reaction. Making assumptions before the facts are established. US media did something similar until the officials came out and said there was no valid evidence of "terrorism"

Everyone seems to be rather jumpy when such an extreme event takes place and jump to conclusions too quickly.

I wonder what it was that made them bolt? Drugs? Mental breakdown? Man, that car was motoring when it launched itself.
Stuck throttle? Something that ties back to a failure in the cruise control? Someone that didn’t know enough to bang it into neutral and get stopped….then turn off the key hopefully before the motor pops in their Bentley? Driver didn’t grow up nursing 11th-hand used vehicles to know to expect mechanical or electrical failure and how to react to it semi-regularly?

Someone behind the wheel expecting a computer to do their thinking in an emergency situation?

Maybe it was someone with Daddy’s car showing off and driving beyond their abilities? Road rage? Suicide? Maybe even intentional….

yeah, coulda been a whole range of non-terrory things.

even heart-failure of some sort (did the driver just get jabbed? lol)

or a druggie, maybe nodding at the wheel....

...passenger in holy-fuck-mode managed to steer around a vehicle from the passenger seat but that was all they could do?

anyway, no point speculating... but when they release the unpronouceable names then we're right back to square one.

autopsy info required.

put spammy on it!

Investigators believe (no names) the occupants were a New York man and his wife who had planned to attend a KISS concert in Toronto that night.

The tour’s Ottawa and Toronto dates were cancelled when vocalist Paul Stanley came down with the flu. The couple is believed to have gone to a casino on the U.S. side, with the crash occurring after that.
