    Awww, man you flatter me, but to be honest...ok...well...to be totally honest. I had visions of being a hero, even notions of having to throw myself on grenades and the like. It didn't take long to have those thoughts thrust from my mind.

    But I do not see myself as someone special, nor a hero, nor anything more then a Canadian citizen.

    Infact, I and most of the guys and gals I know, would honestly give up the accolades, and that first class seat for the people we hold most important.

    I just like to see those that wear the uniform, get a little respect, that is all. I don't want people to salute us, praise us or kiss our collective asses.
