BonAView is a feature-filled image viewer with many image editing capabilities. It is also distributed free-of-charge and provides some easy ways to organize and optimize your images.
As an image viewer, BonAView goes above and beyond and provides not just an easy way to categorized and rate your images, but also to implement a number of filters and images optimizations such as red eye removal and color balance optimizations.
Some of the image editing features here are similar to what you might find in expensive packages like ACDSee or Corel products.
Version 1.9.0 is a freeware program which does not have restrictions and it's free so it doesn't cost anything.
