Last night 16 year old Luke Littler lost 4-7 against Luke Humphries in an all-English World Darts Championship Final.

The 16 year old has caught the nation's attention after reaching the Final despite starting the tournament ranked No164 in the world.

A world record 5 million people for a darts match - most of them in the UK - tuned in to watch as Littler faced World No1 Luke Humphries in the Final at Alexandra Palace in London - the birthplace of the BBC and television.

However, despite Littler taking a 4-2 lead in sets, he eventually lost 4-7 and Humphries is Darts World Champion for the first time.

However, Littler still took home £200,000 as the runner-up as in now in the world's Top 30.

I’m almost afraid to ask but Jesus, which one is the 16yr old? Seriously. I’m kinda hoping it’s the one on the left, but I’m really not sure either of them is under 30, & the one on the right looks like he’s at least in his mid-40’s and heading for his first heart attack.

No lie. Lukes have come down some since a long time ago, in a galaxy far away.

Littler, the 16 year old, is the one on the right. And there have been many people here in the UK saying he looks older than 16. He was born on 21st January 2007, so he's almost 17. He was born in Warrington, Cheshire. He began playing darts at the age of 18 months after his father bought him a magnetic dartboard.
