Ah yes...the menu is coming together.
We are hosting this year. The "amenities garden BBQ pit" is booked (just today BTW. Apparently 38 floors of Chinese people who don't BBQ is a good thing)
Our contributions to the menu are ham, pork shishliki, lemon pepper poached wild coho, deer sausage, dungeness crab salad and rye whiskey.
There will be a plethora of ogher dishes including pickled veggies, kapustas and cheeses. The sweet ending will once again be the amazing high end delights from award winning Mon Paris Patisserie in Metrotown on Beresford.
