David Tennant returns as the Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate returns as his sidekick Donna Noble as the long-running British sci-fi series celebrates its 60th birthday. The first episode was aired on 23rd November 1963.

However, the latest episode is under attack because the Doctor asks an alien what its pronouns are.

Is going woke ruining a great British cultural icon?

The new series sees the Fourteenth Doctor's sidekick's daughter Rose selling her homemade "gonks" around the world to make money. But it turns out Rose has a connection to the Doctor and that her gonks are representations of some of the Doctor's greatest enemies: the Ood, the Weeping Angels and the Cybermen. What's going on?
